Info Sheet View
The Info Sheet View displays the thumbnail, field
information, and keywords for each record. This is the main
data entry interface for ImageAXS.
Navigating in Info Sheet View
The Info Sheet View can be navigated using the scrollbars as
well as the following commands and buttons:
• First Record, Previous Record, Next Record, and Last
Record commands in the Record menu
• Navigation buttons on the Toolbar
Entering Data
The Info Sheet View is the only place within ImageAXS
where you can enter data into the user-definable data fields
and the long text field. To enter data into a field, select it
and then type in the desired text.
The Keywords list at the bottom right of the view window
contains the keywords currently attached to the record. To
add a new keyword in the list, click in the entry box above
the list and enter the keyword. If the keyword is not in the
Master Keywords list, it is automatically added.
