Text List View

The Text List View displays the text data from the collection

or portfolio. The information is displayed in rows and

columns; one row for each record and one column for each

data field. When you double-click a record, it is displayed in

the Info Sheet view, where you can modify the record.

Navigating in Text List View

The Text List View can be navigated using the scrollbars as

well as the following commands, buttons, and keys:

• First Record, Previous Record, Next Record, and Last
