Removing records from a portfolio
Removing a record from a portfolio does not affect the
collection it is associated with or any other portfolios.
To remove records from a portfolio:
1. Select the records that you want to remove from the
portfolio.
2. Choose Delete Record from the Record menu (or Delete
key).
3. Click Ye s in the confirmation dialog box.
Note If a record is removed from a collection, it is automatically
removed from any portfolios that it is associated with.
Sorting records in a portfolio
You can drag records in a portfolio to put them in any order
you choose. Select a record and drag it to the desired
position in the portfolio.
You can also use the Sort command in the Selection menu to
sort records in a portfolio by various properties.
Closing a portfolio
To close a portfolio choose Close Collection (with the
portfolio window active) from the File menu. You can also
click the Close button on the portfolio window.
