Customizing Text List Reports
You can customize Text List Reports by creating and editing
different templates in the Custom Report dialog box.
To create a report template:
1. Choose Customize Report from the Tools menu.
The Sample Text List Report window appears along
with the Custom Report dialog box.
2. Click the Te m p l a te tab.
3. Type in a name for your new template and click New.
4. Select the desired settings for this template in the
various tabs.
For more information on settings, see pages 138 to
141. As you change settings, the results are reflected
in the Sample Text List Report window.
5. Click Save in the Te m p l a t e tab when you are finished
selecting settings.
6. Click Done to close the Custom Report dialog box and
Sample Text List Report window.
Each tab contains
different settings for
customizing reports.
Click
Defaults
to reset all
settings to their original values.
