To remove keywords:
• Select the keyword(s) you wish to remove, then drag the
keyword(s) to the Trash, or select Clear from the Edit
menu.
Dragging Keywords From Another Collection
(Professional Version Only)
1. Open the Keyword List for each collection (the one with
the keywords you want to move, and the one to which
you want to move the keywords).
2. Click to select the keyword(s) you want to move.
3. After selecting the keyword(s), click again and drag the
keyword(s) into the Keyword List window of the other
collection.
Drag the keyword(s) underneath an existing
keyword to copy them.
If a white dotted line appears beneath the key symbol of
the existing keyword, the moved keyword(s) will be copied
on the same level as the existing keyword. If a white dotted
line appears underneath the keyword itself, the moved
keyword(s) will be copied as one or more levels of child
keywords.
Copying Keywords from Another Collection:
1. Open the Keyword List for the collection with the
keywords you want to copy.
2. Click to select the keyword(s) you want to copy, then
choose Copy from the Edit menu.
