How Do I Use Data Fields?
Text-based data fields, along with a thumbnail image and
keywords, form the complete data record for each file in an
ImageAXS collection.
• In the standard version of ImageAXS, each record
contains seven user-defined fields and several standard
fields.
• In ImageAXS Professional, when you create a new
collection, you choose a collection format which
specifies the number and type of fields in each record.
