Editing Collection Formats (Professional Version Only)

Indexing Fields
Indexing identifies a field for faster searching. It does not
affect the display of fields in any of the views, although it
does add to the file size of the collection.
To index a field, click the Indexed checkbox in the row
corresponding to the field you wish to index.
Saving Your Changes
Click Save when you are done making changes to a
collection format (or Save As if you would like to save the
altered format under a different name.)
When you are finished making changes to all collection
formats, click Done to close the Edit Formats dialog box and
return to the New Collection dialog box.
