• In the box labeled Page Titles, click the text entry field

Note If the Allow HTML Tags checkbox is selected, high-bit ASCII

To add footer text at the bottom of each Web
page:
1. In the box labeled Footer, click one of the radio buttons
(None, On Thumbnail Pages Only, or On All Pages) to
identify the Web pages where you want text to be
displayed beneath the image(s) and/or record data.
2. If you click either of the bottom two radio buttons, click
the text entry field and type the footer text you want to
appear on the selected Web pages.
If you want to include HTML-formatted text (such
as a URL) in the footer, click to select the Allow
HTML Tags checkbox below the text entry box.
Note If the Allow HTML Tags checkbox is selected, high-bit ASCII
characters (such as “smart quotes” or copyright © symbols)
in the footer will not be converted properly.
The default footer text is the collection information for the
collection whose records are being used in the Web pages
(for details, see “Collection Info” on page 16).
