Deleting Source Files

To delete a source file:
1. Select the record(s) whose source files you want to delete.
2. Choose Delete Source File from the Source File menu.
The Delete Record/Delete Source File dialog box
appears.
You can also open this dialog box by holding down
the
CTRL
key and clicking a selected record, then
choosing Delete Source File from the contextual pop-
up menu that appears.
3. Click to select the appropriate checkboxes to delete the
ImageAXS data record for the source file(s), or to move
the deleted source file(s) to the Trash.
Note If the Move to Trash option is not selected, you will not be
able to recover your source file(s) after you click OK to
delete the file(s).
4. After making your choices, click OK.
The source file(s) are deleted automatically.
