UDP Mpool Empty: software error counter. Increments if a UDP frame is received and there
is no memory buffer available to hold the frame. This is an internal error. Contact
Engineering if this counter is ever observed to be incrementing.
UDP Mpool Err: software error counter. Increments if the operating system returns an error in
response to a request for a memory buffer. Contact engineering if this counter is ever observed
to be incrementing.
