Dynamics Controls
To access Dynamics controls for a track:
1 Press the Dynamics switch in the Channel
View area above the Channel Scribble Strips.
2 Press the Channel Select switch on the chan-
nel whose Dynamics controls you want to dis-
play.
The onboard compressor controls are distrib-
uted across the Channel Scribble Strips as shown
in Table 11. The second row of the table shows
the function of the Rotary Encoders, and the
bottom row of the table shows the function of
the Channel Select switches in this view.
3 When you are finished setting the Dynamics
controls, return to Home View by pressing the
Pan switch in the Console View area.
You can bypass Dynamics processing at any
time by pressing the Master Bypass switch in the
Channel View area. The Master Bypass switch
bypasses compression for the selected channel.
To bypass Dynamics controls for a track:
1 Press the Dynamics switch in the Channel
View area above the Channel Scribble Strips.
2 Press the Channel Select switch on the chan-
nel whose Dynamics controls you want to by-
pass.
3 Press the Master Bypass switch. The switch
flashes to indicate that the displayed compres-
sor is currently bypassed.
