"Unable to Create DAE Deck" on Pro Tools 6.0 with Mac OS 10.2.4 or 10.2.5. DigiTest doesn't see the
installed hardware.
Verify that Date & Time are set accurately, Uninstall Pro Tools from the 6.0 CD's Installer, then Reinstall.
Mac OS 10.2.4 has a bug which will randomly reset the Date & Time to 1969 or 1970. If Pro Tools is installed while
the Date is set inaccurately the software drivers will not initialize the hardware properly, resulting in the "Unable to
Create DAE Deck" error.

After accidentally unplugging one of my Firewire drives while Pro Tools 6.0 was launched, I seemed to
have lost the basic functions of my workspace. After rebooting my machine and relaunching Pro Tools,
if I try to Reveal the contents of an AUDIO CD, I get an error and a CRASH.
