Note: If you have already run either the Pro Tools LE 5.1 or D-Verb Demo Installer and fear you have overwritten
your FREE D-Verb Plug-Ins,you can still reinstall the FREE D-Verb Plug-In Promotion from the Pro Tools LE 5.0.1
Software CD.
If you continue to have problems with your D-Verb authorization, download D-Verb v1.8.1 from http://www.
digidesign.com/download/dverb. This version of D-Verb (v1.8.1) does not require authorization.

I get the following error: "The MP3 option cannot be enabled because a program error occurred (-2802)
while looking up symbol "CodecInit" in "MP3.dll", when I Bounce To Disk using the MP3 Export Option,
This error is caused by a version incompatibility with Pro Tools 5.1 and version 1.0 of the MP3.dll file. Install the
MP3.dll v1.1 located in Pro Tools 5.1 CD-ROM > DAE > Codecs > MP3. The MP3.dll v1.1 is also available from http://
www.digidesign.com/download/mp3.html
To update to MP3.dll v1.1:
1. Quit Pro Tools
2. Go to System Folder > DAE Folder > Codecs > MP3
3. Remove MP3.dll v1.0
4. Put MP3.dll v1.1 in the Codecs folder
The MP3.dll v1.0 and 1.1 use the same authorization. No additional authorization will be required if MP3.dll v1.0
was authorized.

DAE error -1 when trying to instantiate a Focusrite d3 plug-in in Pro Tools TDM v. 5.1. Also may get the
message that "Certain plug-ins have been deactivated due to lack of system resources"
This can occur if the Focusrite d3 plug-in v.1.3.1 is used with Pro Tools 5.1. Installing version Focusrite d3 v 1.4 will
correct the problem.
This version mismatch will occur if you install Pro Tools 5.1, then install the Q1 2001 mix pack. If you run the PT
5.1 installer again with just the Plug-Ins Update checked, then the correct version will be installed.
