I installed the DV Toolkit demo from my Pro Tools LE 6.1 CD. Now that the demo period has expired,
how do I remove it?
Included on the Pro Tools LE 6.1 installer CD-ROM is a 30-day demo version of DV Toolkit.
Before Installing the DV Toolkit Demo Please Note:
Contrary to information included in the DV Toolkit PDF electronic guide, the DV Toolkit demo will replace Pro Tools
LE 6.1. At the end of 30 days, DV Toolkit demo users will need to either:
1. Purchase and authorize DV Toolkit from a Digidesign Dealer or the DigiStore (an iLok USB authorization key is
required).
2. Uninstall the demo and reinstall Pro Tools LE 6.1. Please keep your Pro Tools LE 6.1 CD-ROM installer handy for
this purpose.
When reinstalling Pro Tools LE 6.1 on Windows XP, users will be confronted with a multiple-choice dialogue. From
the available selections, please choose, "Repair."
