Can a fader be replaced in the field by the "end user" or must the unit be returned to Digidesign for the fader to be
replaced?
What can be done when a fader appears to have gone bad (Fader is dead in all modes including "Vegas")? Is the fader
really dead?

There is a 6db drop on the Main L/R outputs while in surround monitor mode. When switching the ProControl to stereo
monitor mode, the level goes back up to +4 (unity). The level on the Surround L/R and center/lfe channels stay at unity in
both surround and stereo monitor modes. All of the pots are up on full. Is this the correct behavior?
Why do I get feedback when using talkback in surround mode?
When using the talkback and local talkback simultaneously, the signals cancel each other out (in versions prior to Pro
Tools ver. 5.0.1).
Why are some third party plug-in parameters unavailable or missing in the edit/DSP menu on the ProControl?
