Pro Tools 5.x is not receiving MIDI, what should I check?
-First, consult your TDM Software Installation guide to verify you have installed and set up OMS correctly.
- Verify that the latest OMS drivers for your MIDI interface are installed in the OMS folder.
-The MIDI track should be record enabled.
-In the MIDI menu, select Input Devices, and enabled the MIDI device you wish to record.

What is the difference between the variations of Dither in Pro Tools?
-The Dither/PowR dither plug in only affects the mono or stereo output of a track or bounced file(s). The insert on a
master fader is Post fader.
-The Dither Setting in the Preference menu (Setups menu > Preferences > Processing Tab) only affects Audio Suite
plug ins. As of right now, there have been no other A/S dither programs created to add to pop up menu that
contains the "Digidesign Dither" default setting. When the "Use AudioSuite Dither" is not selected, then a standard
dither is used (no noise shaping).
-The Dither on Fades uses a standard Pro Tools dither algorithm.

systems only. The 6.2 Digidesign TDM/RTAS/AudioSuite Plug-Ins CD and the 6.2 Digidesign Development Partner
