The cable included in the SYNC/570i-56 EIA-232 package has a DB-25 male connector on the board end, and a DB-25
male connector on the peripheral end. The connector provides an EIA-232-D interface for serial data transmission and
reception. The pinout and pin assignments for the DB-25 connector are shown in Figure 7.
