Go Online
Causes the modem to go to online or data mode.
O0: Returns modem to previously established rate.
O1: Begins an equalizer retrain sequence, then returns to online state.
O3-14:
Forces the modem to a new rate (defined in register S62).

P Enable Pulse dialing
Instructs the modem to use pulse dialing. Dialed digits will be pulse dialed until a T command or dial
modifier is received. Tone dial is the default setting.
