The DV-1394 is designed for full duplex transmission of Firewire (IEEE 1394) signals over Singlemode or
Multimode fiber optic cable. Perfect for today’s professional and consumer applications. No special drivers or
set up needed and it is transparent
to Firewire peripherals. The unit is compliant with IEEE-1394A-2000 and
IEEE-1394B specifications.
Applications include video production, video editing, ENG, computer networking and transport links for STL,
studio to studio and studio to CATV head-end.
