kill
Purpose Kills or ends connections. The “kill” command is associated with the
connections displayed by the “who” command.
RealPort sessions cannot be killed by this command.
Required permissions For products with two or more users, permissions must be set to
“set permissions kill=execute” to use this command.
See "set permissions" for details on setting user permissions for commands.
Syntax kill [range] [connection id]
Options range
A range of connection IDs.
connection id
An ID for the connection.
Examples Killing a session on a specific port
#> kill 1
Killing a session on a range of ports
#> kill 1-3
