mtwaitcount=count

Used to specify the wait count when connection method is MT.

mdhrxkeepalive=time

Used to specify the transmit keep alive time when connection method is

MDH.

mdhtxkeepalive=time

Used to specify the receive keep alive time when connection method is

MDH.

mdhwaitcount=count

Used to specify the wait count when connection method is MDH.

Examples Set instance 1 for proxy connection
