9.3 Inventory Reports
These reports help you to manage your inventory so that you don’t have stockouts halting production or waste
from overstocking parts. It also allows you to identify obsolete or other items that have no movement over a
period of time so that your inventory can be valued properly.
9.3.1 Threshold Report
The threshold report identifies over-stocked and under-stocked items by comparing the current inventory level
with optimal stock levels (threshold levels) you set for each item at the time the item was entered. To set the
optimal stock or threshold levels, see Item Code programming and/or Item Code Maintenance.The formula used
by the scale for the calculation is as follows:
Stock Level (%) = [(Inventory – Threshold) / Threshold] x 100.
The report will only show those items whose stock level (defined by the formula above) is equal to or below the
percentage you enter as the cutoff. You can enter a positive or negative percentage.
1. From the stand-by screen, press the
MODE key once to enter the report mode. The X annunciator will be
illuminated confirming you are in report mode.
2. Press the
+ key to move to 2: INVENTORY REPORT. Then press the * REPRINT key to enter the inventory
report mode.
3. Press the
* REPRINT key again to select the first option shown, 1: THRESHOLD PRINT.
4. At the
Stock Level (%) screen, enter the percentage over or under the optimal (threshold) level that you
want to test for. (Ex. If you want to see all items that are 20% or more below their optimal level, enter
–20. If you want to see all items that are 15% above their optimal level or less, enter +15).
5. Press the
* REPRINT key to print the report using the parameters requested. To stop at any time while the
report is printing, press the FEED key.
6. To return to the select report screen, press the
PIECES key, followed by the CLEAR key. To return to the
stand-by screen from this point, press the MODE key 4 times.

9.3.2 In/Out Count Report
This is a movement report showing all items that had quantities received or taken from the inventory stored in the
scale. After printing the report, you can clear the counts for a day, a specific term of time or all the counts in
order to begin counting again.
