9.2 Item Reports
9.2.1 One Item Report
This option prints all stored information about the selected item code. To print a report of all information about
all item codes in memory, see below.
1. From the stand-by screen, press the
MODE key once to enter the report mode. The X annunciator will be
illuminated confirming you are in report mode.
2. Press the
* REPRINT key to select 1: ITEM REPORT which is the first available option shown.
3. Press the
* REPRINT key again to select 1. ONE ITEM PRINT mode.
4. Enter the item code for the item you want a report on. This must be an existing item code already
programmed into memory (see Section 5.11.4 for instructions on adding Item Codes to memory). You
can also use the wild card character
? to print ranges of item codes on this report. Example: entering 1?
will cause the report to print all item numbers beginning with 1.
5. Press the
* REPRINT key to print out the report for the item you have chosen. If you need to stop the
printing process while it is going on, press the
FEED key.
6. To return to the select report screen, press the
PIECES key, followed by the CLEAR key. To return to the
stand-by screen from this point, press the
MODE key 3 times.
