MTESt:CONDition <MaskTestName>,<PassFailMode>
MTESt:CONDition? <MaskTestName>
Sets the first criteria for a failed test, the kind of hits to be considered for test evaluation.
A test has failed if the number of sample hits or acquisition hits exceeds the limit defined
by MTESt:TOLerance.
Parameters:
<PassFailMode> SAMPles | ACQuisitions
SAMPles
Considers the number of samples that hit the mask.
ACQuisitions
Considers the number of acquisitions that contain at least one
sample hit. How many samples hit the mask in that acquisition is
not relevant.

MTESt:TOLerance <MaskTestName>,<TolViolCount>
MTESt:TOLerance? <MaskTestName>
Sets the second criteria for a failed test, the number of tolerable sample hits or acquisition
hits. Use MTESt:CONDition to define which hits are considered for test evaluation.
Parameters:
<TolViolCount> Range: 0 to 4000000000
Increment: 1
