Parameters for setting and query:
<DiagramName> Name of the diagram on which the zoom area is based.
<ZoomName> Name of the zoom diagram

Defines the width of the zoom area.
Parameters:
<Span> Range: 0 to 100E+24
Increment: 0.01
*RST: 0.01
