1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read this operating instructions carefully first.
Make sure that no voltage is present during the installation of the charging station.
The charging station has been designed in accordance with the most recent
regulations in force, in accordance with IEC 61851.
Safe assembly may only be carried out by a qualified electrician from an approved
company. Improper use can lead to danger of life.
The complete charging station consists of 2 packed parts:
Part 1: The DIC charging station
Part 2: The assembly foundation including nuts M12
2 MOUNTING PLAN
Before the work, save the work area well and clearly with ribbon and/or pylons.
Always work safely in accordance with the rules and regulations NEN 1010.
2.1 Mounting the foundation
A foundation is required for the installation of the charging station. Dig a hole of at
least 30x40 cm and 70 cm deep at the indicated location, ensure a safe location of
the charging station in case of collision with vehicles. Keep 40 cm of free space at
the back of the charging station. (collision protection is an option, see page 3.)
Make sure that the foundation is level. Place the top of the foundation 5 mm above
the paving. Route the power cables next to each other, see illustration on the front
page.
Bring the soil back into the dug hole when all the cables have been inserted and
the foundation is well leveled. An additional reinforcement is possible by applying
20 kg concrete mortar.
