8 MAINTENANCE
Make a good plan to carry out periodic maintenance. Preferably at least once
a year. Maintenance to the charging station may only be carried out by an
authorised person in accordance with NEN 3140 and NEN 50110.
8.1 Check visually for damage to the charging station, report any damage to the
manufacturer of DIClaadsystemen.
8.2 Check the connections in the Mennekes sockets
8.3 Check the water outlet hoses for blockages.
8.4 During maintenance, switch off the main switch at the bottom of the charging
compartment.
8.5 Check the main current contacts for a good connection, use a suitable screw-
driver for checking here No. 2 Pozidrive torque screwdriver, set this to 2.8 Nm.
8.6 Also check all connectors that are connected to the “green” communication
module.
8.7 Check for moisture in the charging station, replace the hydro grains once a
year. Is the rubber seal still 100 % intact?
