Follow the steps before contacting the DIClaadsystemen helpdesk.

You are in possession of the test card and a test device with auto simulation. You

also have the right key and torx 20 screwdriver.

These steps are to be followed by an authorized person and the actions to be

followed according to the standard NEN1010.

Step 1

Open the charging station. Check that all safety devices have been activated.

Visually check the inside to make sure that you do not see a strange situation.

Step 2

You are 100 % sure that the 2 power supplies of 3-phase and Zero are fully present,

measure this at the top of the H1 handswitch with a multimeter with insulated pins.

Test every phase between Phase and Zero. Do you have a correct grounding value <

167 ohm?

Step 3

Measure 5HS3 at the top of the switch. Also measure the 12 V DC side of the power

supply, is the control current present? Green is + grey is -. When the voltage is fully

present, there can be a malfunction by means of a loose contact, caused during

transport. Switch off the voltage using the main switch, also on the switch 5HS3,

before performing any actions on the charging station. Then measure at the top of

the main switches whether the voltage is actually no longer present.

Step 4

Check: The green communication module has a unique number with text

“registered”.

When you have performed all this operation, only then switch on all safety devices

and check whether the voltage is present at each Phase, also measure the 12 V DC

voltage again.
