3 MOUNTING CHARGING STATION

After a good level and firm mounting of the bottom part, the charging station can

be mounted. Before mounting, make sure that the top of the mounting part and

the 4 threaded ends M12 are clean, remove the 4 bolts including the plastic rings.

Unscrew the lid with the supplied torx 20 and open the charging station with the

supplied key, lift the lid upwards. Store the lid, bolts and plastic rings securely

during assembly and avoid damage.

Place the charging station on the bottom section, first place the plastic rings and

then the M 12 nuts. Tighten these with a 19 mm socket wrench. Tighten the glands

well so that they close completely. When a cable gland is not used, it must be

sealed to prevent rising damp.

4 CONNECT GROUND CABLES

At the bottom of the charging station 2 ABB main switches are mounted, these

switches are connected with 10 HS1 and 20 Hs2. Use a No. 2 Pozidrive torque

screwdriver, set it to 2.8 Nm. Mount the power supply on the underside of these

switches, on the underside of 10HS1 the power supply of the control current

protection 5HS3 is also connected.

Be careful when connecting, the switches

have a double clamp function. Make sure that

the power supply for protection 5HS3 is

connected on each terminal side at L1 and

N. Mount the 2 earth litz on the green/yellow

terminals, for each earth wire is 1 terminal 6

mm². Check the height of the earth resistor

with an earth resistor meter < 167 ohm. Make

sure that the switches are in the off position,

this also applies to the control current circuit

breaker 5HS3.
