7.1 Switch off the external power supply during maintenance.
7.2 Visually check for damage to the BlackBoxx, report any damage to the
manufacturer of the DIC charging system.
7.3 Check the connections in the Mennekes sockets
7.4 Check the main current contacts for a good connection, use a suitable
screwdriver for checking here No. 2 Pozidrive torque screwdriver, set this to
2.8 Nm
7.5 Also check all connectors that are connected to the “green” communication
module.
7.6 Is the rubber seal on the lid still 100 % intact?
