A mild flavor for white meat. You can taste the natural sweetness of this prized wood. Ours is
sourced from an organic apple orchard.
APRICOT
When you are seeking something a little different for white meat, this one is great. It’s
close in profile to award winning Peach but a touch milder. This wood is tough to find but well worth it.
HICKORY
This selection is great with all meats. Burns hotter and has a strong smoke flavor. It is
likely America's favorite.
Mesquite
Strong Flavor profile for beef made famous in the great Texas BBQ world.
MULBERRY
It is tangy with a hint of wild blackberry flavor. Try it with all meats.
ORANGE
When you want something fairly mild and great with all meats, try this selection. It as a nice
fruity flavor. It your choice to smoke at a higher temperature this is a can’t miss.
PEACH
Choose this one for pork and poultry when you want mild smoke and awesome flavor. Peach
is a favorite amongst many professional smokers and one of our very best selling woods.
PEAR
Enjoy a light, sweet, and woodsy flavor with your poultry, gamebirds, and pork with pear wood.
PECAN
An absolute can't miss, this wood is dynamite for all meat. It has a bolder flavor than fruit
woods, but it is not as strong as Hickory, Mesquite or Oak.
PLUM
A unique and flavorful profile that is great with baby back ribs and any red meat. Many love
Plum as it has a more pronounced flavor that most fruit woods and milder than nut woods.
POST OAK
Creates a sharp and fairly strong flavor and is fantastic with Beef. Made famous in Texas
by the Franklins. One of our top sellers.
SUGAR MAPLE
Sweet and Mild, this is a great smoke producer. Try is with pork and poultry. Don’t
confuse this with regular Maple as this burns hotter and creates a better flavor. Quickly becoming a
