Description
Message used to retrieve Q.SAAL per-link statistics. The statistics are written into the
parameter area of the message and the message is returned to the sender. The
internal statistics can be reset or left unchanged, depending on the setting of the
status field. The message can be used during operation or when link has been stopped.
Once the link has been 'ended' the statistics are not available.
