INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN:
1. Remueva el filtro viejo del enfriador. Limpie la rejilla, el sostenedor del filtro y el fondo
de la charola.
2. Ponga el filtro en la rejilla. Debe de quedar ajustado de arriba abajo y de un lado al otro.
Córtelo a la medida, no lo doble de arriba. Si necesita cortar, use tijeras. Nunca corte
el filtro muy peueño. Para un ajuste adecuado, deje al menos 1/4" extra de material del
filtro en cada lado de arriba abajo y de un lado a otro.
Para enfriadores de Metal con canales de agua hacia fuera del enfriador:
Asegúrese que la parte de arriba del filtro cubre totalmente la altura de canal vertedor.
Para enfriadores de Plástico canales de agua hacia adentro del enfriador:
Asegúrese que la parte de arriba del filtro cubre la mitad de la altura de cada canal de agua en
el canal vertedor distribuidor.
3. Ponga de nuevo la rejilla retenedora del filtro para mantener el filtro de DURA-COOL™
firmemente contra la rejilla del filtro y el canal vertedor.
4. Si es necesario, ajuste el flujo del agua al filtro DURA-COOL™ usando una grapa
restrictora para manguera de bomba para reducir el flujo. El filtro DURA-COOL™ debe recibir suficiente
agua para sentirse como una esponja muy mojada. El flujo excesivo de agua en los filtros puede dañar
partes del enfriador y los ductos del aire.
IMPORTANTE:
•
Los filtros DURA-COOL™ deben quedar adecuadamente en la rejilla del filtro del enfriador sin espacios
abiertos o agujeros.
•
El flujo excesivo de agua en los filtros puede permitir que gotas de agua entren en el ducto del enfriador.
Si es necesario, reduzca el flujo del agua usando una grapa restrictora para manguera de bomba.
•
Instale una línea de sangrado de agua que reduce la formación de depósitos de minerales.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove old pad from cooler. Clean pad frame, pad retainer and
bottom pan.
2. Place pad into frame. Fit should be snug from top to bottom and from
side to side. Cut to fit, do not fold at top. If cutting is necessary,
use scissors. Never cut pad size too small. For a good snug fit, allow
for at least an extra 1/4" of pad material on each side from top to
bottom and from side to side.
For Metal coolers with water slots toward the outside of the cooler:
Make sure the top edge of the pad covers the entire trough height.
See illustration.
For Plastic coolers with water slots toward the inside of the cooler:
Make sure the top edge of the pad covers half of the height of each
water slot in the distribution trough. See illustration.
3. Reinstall the pad retainer rack to hold the DURA-COOL™ pad firmly
against the pad frame and against the water trough.
4. If necessary, adjust the flow of water to the DURA-COOL™ pad using a pump hose restrictor clamp
to decrease the flow. The DURA-COOL™ pad must receive enough water to feel like a very wet
sponge. Excessive water flow on pads may damage cooler parts and air ducts.
IMPORTANT:
•
DURA-COOL™ pads must fit properly into cooler pad frame with no open spaces or holes.
•
Excessive water flow on pads may allow droplets to enter cooler duct. If needed, decrease water
flow by using a pump hose restrictor clamp.
•
Install a purge pump or water bleed off line to reduce the formation of mineral deposits.
