Wake-On-USB Keyboard/Mouse
TheWake-On-USBKeyboard/MousefunctionallowsyoutouseaUSBkeyboardor
USBmousetowakeup a systemfromtheS3(STR-SuspendTo RAM)state.To
usethisfunction:
• JumperSetting
 JP7, JP8 and/or JP10 must be set to “2-3 On: +5V_standby”. Refer to “USB
PowerSelect”inthischapterformoreinformation.
• BIOSSetting
 “USB Device Wakeup From S3” in the Advanced menu (“ACPI Conguration”
submenu) of the BIOS must be set to Enabled. Refer to chapter 3 for more
information.
Important:
If you are using the Wake-On-USB Keyboard/Mouse function for 2 USB
ports, the +5V_standby power source of your power supply must sup-
port≥0.5A.For 3ormoreUSBports,the+5V_standbypower source of
yourpowersupplymustsupport≥1A.
