3.1.8.18 MAC(NV) Address Input

Move the cursor to this field and press <Enter>, then enter the

MAC address.

3.1.8.19 IEEE1394 Chip Control

This field is used to enable or disable the onboard IEEE 1394

function.

3.1.8.20 RTM Lan Device Control

This field is used to enable or disable the LAN function of the

Realtek RTL8110S chip that controls the LAN 2 port.

3.1.8.21 RTM Lan Boot ROM

Enable this field if you wish to use the boot ROM (instead of a

disk drive) to boot-up the system and access the local area net-

work directly.

If you wish to change the boot ROM’s settings, type the <Shift>

and <F10> keys simultaneously when prompted during boot-up.

Take note: you will be able to access the boot ROM’s program

(by typing <Shift> + <F10>) only when this field is enabled.

3.1.8.22 Sil3114 S-ATA Control

This field is used to enable or disable the onboard serial ATA

function.
