BIOS Setup
3.1.8 Genie BIOS Setting
3.1.8.1 Current CPU Frequency is
This field will show the current CPU frequency.
3.1.8.2 CPU Clock Spread Spectrum
Leave this field in its default setting. Do not alter this setting un-
less advised by an engineer or technician.
3.1.8.3 AGP Clock Spread Spectrum
Leave this field in its default setting. Do not alter this setting un-
less advised by an engineer or technician.
3.1.8.4 CPU Clock Setting
This field provides several options for selecting the external sys-
tem bus clock of the processor. The available options allow you
to adjust the processor’s bus clock by 1MHz increment.
Important:
Selecting an external bus clock other than the default setting
may result to the processor’s or system’s instability and are not
guaranteed to provide better system performance.
The settings on the screen are for reference only. Your version may not be identical
to this one.
