BIOS Setup
EPP Mode Select
This field is used to select the EPP mode.
ECP Mode Use DMA
This field is used to select the parallel port’s DMA channel.
PWRON After PWR-Fail
Off When power returns after an AC power failure, the
system’s power is off. You must press the Power button
to power-on the system.
On When power returns after an AC power failure, the
system will automatically power-on.
Former-Sts When power returns after an AC power failure, the
system will return to the state where you left off before
power failure occurs. If the system’s power is off when
AC power failure occurs, it will remain off when power
returns. If the system’s power is on when AC power
failure occurs, the system will power-on when power
returns.
Serial Port 1 Mode
COM 1 functions as a serial port or IrDA. You cannot use both at
the same time.
Normal This option sets COM 1 to serial port mode.
IrDA This option sets COM 1 to IrDA mode.
Duplex Mode
Half Data is completely transmitted before receiving data.
Full Transmits and receives data simultaneously.
