SW1 is for factory use only.

1. Intel Celeron
TM
processors (PPGA) support VID (Voltage
Identification). The switching voltage regulator on the system board
will automatically set the voltage regulator according to the voltage
of the processor.
2. You cannot overclock an Intel Celeron
TM
processor (PPGA) because
its frequency ratio has been fixed by the manufacturer. The table
above is for factory use only.
