The vibrate prole can be used when you want to silence the
receiver and be alerted by vibration. The only exception to this will
be with the xed low alarm at 3.1 mmol/L, which will alert you as
a vibration rst, followed by audible beeps 5 minutes later if not
conrmed.
The soft prole can be used when you need your alert to be
discreet. This prole sets all the alerts and alarms to lower volume
beeps, which is intended to be less noticeable by people around
you.
This normal prole is the default prole when you receive your
system. This prole sets all the alerts and alarms to higher volume
beeps.
The attentive prole can be used when you need your alert to be
the most noticeable. This prole sets all the alerts and alarms to
loud and highly distinctive melodies.
The hyporepeat prole is very similar to the normal prole. The
difference with this prole is it will continuously repeat the xed low
alarm every 5 seconds until your sensor glucose value rises above
3.1 mmol/L or if it is conrmed. This prole can be helpful if you
want an additional level of awareness when you have severe low
sensor glucose readings.

HELPFUL H INT:
The “Try It” feature is available under the proles menu and
allows you to hear an example of the alert sequence and
sound for each individual alert and alarm. Once you hear the
sounds, it is easier to understand the alert prole options.
