10.1.5 EXERCISE
The exercise event lets you enter intensity (light, medium, or heavy) and
duration (up to 360 minutes).
1. From the events menu press the UP or
DOWN button to choose “Exercise,” and
press the SELECT button.
2. Press the UP or DOWN button to choose
your exercise intensity level, and press the
SELECT button.
