2. Starting with the ﬁ rst value, press the TOP

BOTTOM TOGGLE button to make any

adjustment, and then press the

RIGHT TOGGLE

button to move to the next value. After entering the

5th number, press the

SELECT button. You will

return to the Settings menu.

Your Transmitter ID can be found in any of the

following locations:

- On the Transmitter card located inside your Global System Kit

- On the outside of the Transmitter box label

- Engraved on the back of the Transmitter itself

If you have difﬁ culty locating your Transmitter ID, please contact DexCom

Technical Support.

2.4 ENTERING YOUR TRANSMITTER ID

Before you can use your G4-Global System, you must enter the Transmitter ID

into the Receiver. The Transmitter ID is a series of 2 letters and 5 numbers on

the back of the Transmitter. Entering the ID will begin the unique wireless radio

frequency (RF) communication between the Transmitter and Receiver.

To enter the Transmitter ID, perform the following steps:

1. From the Main Menu, press the

TOP or BOTTOM TOGGLE button to scroll to

“Settings” and press the

SELECT button. Next, scroll to “Transmitter ID” and

press the

SELECT button.

NOTE: You can only enter your Transmitter ID when you are not in a Sensor

session. During a Sensor session, “Transmitter ID” will not appear as an

option on the Settings menu.
