4 Network configuration
The dLAN pro 500 Wireless+ has a built-in configura-
tion interface that can be called up using a standard
web browser. All settings for operating the device can
be modified here.
4.1 Calling up the built-in configu-
ration interface
You will arrive at the built-in online configuration inter-
face of the dLAN pro 500 Wireless+ by using the
dLAN AVpro manager program under Start  All Pro-
grams  devolo  dLAN AVpro manager. Under
Expert mode  Unused devices or in the Network
view, call up the context menu (right-click on the de-
vice) of the dLAN pro 500 Wireless+ and click the
Open configuration website entry to select it.
Then the program determines the current IP address
and starts the configuration in the web browser.
By default, you will come directly to the con-
figuration interface. However, if a login pass-
word was set via the option Device
configuration  Device security, you have
to enter this first. Read more about this under
4.4.1 Device security.
4.2 Menu description
All menu functions are described in the corresponding
interface as well as in the associated chapter in the
manual. The sequence of the description in the manual
follows the structure of the menu.
Click Save to save the settings of the respective area of
the configuration interface.
Click Back to leave the respective area of the configu-
ration interface.
Select the desired language in the language selection
list.
