2.6.1.4 Device menu
By clicking on "Devices" in the header bar, you open the Device menu.
This menu provides you with the following options:
 Add device
Clicking on the menu item or using the key combination [Ctrl-+] inserts a
dLAN device in the database which is not yet connected to the transmis-
sion medium.
You add the device to the database by entering the ID of the device. This
ID consists of the following components:
