Removing and installing the lubricating oil pan
Commercial available tools
– Packing compound
DEUTZ DW 47
– Fitting compound
DEUTZ AP1908
– Engine oil
Collect leaking operating substances in
suitable vessels and dispose of according
to regulations.
The appropriate operating manual should
be observed for emptying and filling the
engine.
Removing the lubricating oil pan
z Unscrew locking screw (1).
z Drain, collect and dispose of engine oil according to
regulations.

z Oil the screw plug lightly.
z Mount new sealing ring.
z Tighten screw plug (1).
 A03 031
z Turn engine 180°.
