● Fix both thrust ring halves with a little grease to the
bearing cap.
Bearing cap with identification “2“.
Use thrust ring halves with guide
lug (arrow).

Mounting the main bearing cover
● Insert bearing cap (1).
● Insert main bearing cover (2) according to the num
-
bering.
Note assignment and installation position:
Insert main bearing cover with the
number 1 on the flywheel side.
Gate (arrow) on the bearing cover faces
the manifold side.
