Honing Cylinder Liner
A liner must be honed,
- upon installation of new piston rings or new piston,
- if running surface has become partially or totally bright, i.e. honing grooves are no longer visible,
- if grooves are too deep.
The honing may only be carried out by DEUTZ AG workshops which are especially equipped to do that
job.
