The measured compression pressure
depends on the starting speed during the
measuring process and the altitude of the
engine installation site. Therefore, limit
values cannot be determined exactly. The
compression pressure measurement is
only recommended as a reference measu-
rement of all cylinders of an engine to each
other. If more than 15% deviation has been
determined, the cause should be determi-
ned by disassembling the cylinder unit con-
cerned.
