z Mount the crankshaft sealing ring with the assembly

tool and turn in the screw.

z Pull in the assembly tool to the stop by turning in the

screw.

Note

The installation depth of the crankshaft

sealing ring is determined by the assembly

tool.

z Unscrew screw and remove assembly tool.

z Install crankshaft toothed wheel

Î Job card W 03-08-01.

z Install toothed belt and clamping roller, fix camshaft

toothed belt wheel

Î Job card W 04-04-12 old version.

Î Job card W 04-04-12 new version.
