W 12-08-03 Remove and install toothed belt and clamping roller of the

hydraulic pump

- Commercial tools

Caution!

The toothed belt and the clamping roller

must be renewed after every disassembly

regardless of their time in operation.

Remove toothed belt and clamping roller

z Remove V-belt

Î Job card W 12-02-01 (FL, BFL engines)

Î Job card W 12-02-01 (FM, BFM engines)

In FM, BFM engines

z If available, unscrew screws (1) and remove fan.

z Unscrew screws (1), flange hub (2) and remove

V-belt pulley.
