Dismantle injection valve
z Remove injection valves
Î Job card W 07-07-01.
z Insert injection valve in holder.
z Unscrew nozzle clamping nut with long socket.

Order of individual disassembly
- 1 shim disc
- 2 pressure spring
- 3 pressure bolt
- 4 adapter
- 5 Injection nozzle
- 6 nozzle lock nut
z Clean parts in clean diesel fuel and blow dry with air.
